I ordered a banana ice pop bar and ice contacted DT but they never responded to any of my emails and I'm starting to think that they will never ship it out

I order a different one and I got send this one so I was sent the wrong one but I didn’t mind it was good but the vape only lasted 3 days but I just order another one and candy wait to get it
